Family outing

This afternoon after the torrential downpour ended we headed off to Wal-Mart to grab some half off Easter Candy. Easter at our house is next week for those who were wondering.  Anyways, the kids looked nice and neat (which is rare when we finial get to wherever it is we are going) I decided we should take advantage of it and have their photos taken at the Picture Me Portrait studio inside of Wal-Mart. As we begin our session, Henry is not having it. Trying to get a picture with Henry and Brad smiling is harder than anything else. The camera lady pulled out a squeaky duck which made Henry chuckle a few times, but every good shot we had my hubby was looking down at the babies or had a complete lost deer in the head lights look going on. After about 10 photos of pretty much crap we finally got a decent one of the four of us.  Next was Henry’s turn. And boy was he upset. He cried, yelled, told us no, and tried to run out of the store. When we finally got him to sit on the table the only thing that would make him happy was a Pink Easter basket…. Not the blue one, not the green one, but the PINK one.  The associate took a few pictures of him with it before I was able to take it from him without him breaking into hysteria. So we get one halfway decent image and now it was Ella’s turn.  But our little man now wanted to stay on the table! He just kept smiling at us going “cheese cheezzzzeee me cheezzzee no Ella cheezzeee me cheezzee” So we took this opportunity to get a picture of them together. I cannot wait until they come in on the 28th!  The picture is just so adorable.  Brad then took Henry to walk around Wal-Mart while I finished up with Ella.   As I was walking out of the portrait studio Brad and Henry appear.  Henry is the cart, surrounded by chocolate bunnies, bags of candy filled eggs and bag and bags of candy.  Daddy’s response “I was just walking down the aisle and Henry kept putting stuff in the cart!”  Yup he blamed it all on the bitty!  All and all it was a good afternoon!
