Working out has been paying off. J Today I weighed in at 145 pounds. 10 more to go! Plus I can now fit into my size 6 jeans!! I haven’t been eating as great as I should be, but I have been going to the gym 4 days a week. I’m doing the routine I posted plus 3 sets of 12 cable crunches and 3 sets of one leg bicep curls using 15 pound weights.
I think it shows!
