Hi, No I do not have a cheat day. One cheat day can ruin a whole week of dieting and eating right. Even my doctor says so.
I eat 6 to 7 low carb to no carb meals a day.

Ok. It's me again. :-)
Do you have a "cheat" day worked into your plan? This is vital to maintaining your resolve and also in preventing your body from plateauing. By so drastically cutting your calories, your body might go into starvation mode where it reduces the amount of calories your body is burning. Are you eating multiple small meals a day to keep your metabolism "stoked" throughout the day?
Remember, the scale can be a bit daunting. Pay attention to how your clothes are fitting rather than what those numbers on the scale are saying. As you continue with your weight training, you will most likely add some weight. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I'll shut up now if you'd like me to. :-)
